Arca Terms of Use

Using Arca means agreeing to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.

The service

Arca aggregates publicly available RSS feeds and podcasts from their publishers. Articles and episodes belong to their publishers; Arca links to and presents them for personal reading and listening and does not claim ownership of publisher content.

Arca+ subscription

Arca+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription available for $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Arca+ briefings and story context are machine-generated summaries and may contain errors. Read the linked source articles before relying on a summary for an important decision.

Publisher access

Arca does not bypass publisher paywalls, subscriptions, consent screens, or advertising. Access to some linked articles may require a separate publisher subscription.

Availability and fair use

Generation and download limits may be used to keep the service reliable and sustainable. Automated, abusive, or unlawful use may be rate-limited or blocked.
