Arca Terms of Use

Using Arca means agreeing to these terms. The terms of the store where you obtained Arca also apply. On Apple platforms, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs where these terms are silent.

The service

Arca aggregates publicly available RSS feeds and podcasts from their publishers. Articles and episodes belong to their publishers; Arca links to and renders them for personal reading or listening and does not claim ownership of any content it displays.

Arca+ subscription

Arca+ is an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription that adds one shared AI-generated daily edition and offline podcast downloads. Your app store shows the current price, billing period, and any trial before you confirm. Payment is charged to the Apple Account or Google Play account used for the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown by the store for the next billing period. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or an Android subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting Arca or its local data does not cancel a subscription. The daily edition is a machine-generated summary and may contain errors — read the source articles for anything that matters.

Fair use

Daily generation limits exist to keep the service available to everyone. Automated or abusive use may be rate-limited.
